Would you like mealtimes to become more enjoyable and stressfree for the whole family?

What our children eat and how they eat can be incredibly stressful for parents.

Especially if they are a picky eater, have gut issues or have food allergies!

Often parents are concerned they are missing essential nutrients for their development and mental well-being.

I help parents navigate feeding challenges at different stages of the parenting journey.

My goal is to help families enjoy mealtimes.

The early years are the best time to take them on a taste adventure, introducing a diverse range of healthy foods.

However, I am fully aware mealtime challenges can creep in. I have the strategies ready for your family to overcome them. Inorder to help shape their eating preferences, health and mental well-being for the future.

Sharing recipes and meal plans, can make your life easier and remove the stress from navigating gut issues, intolerances or allergies.

I am passionate about putting a STOP to families dreading mealtimes and feeling broken from frequent food battles.

You're not alone in these struggles.

Lets talk about the steps you can take, to stress-free and enjoyable mealtimes for your family.

How I can nutritionally support you through mealtime challenges, to help your child develop a positive relationship with food!

Nourish the Gut and Immune System

Mealtimes are a chance to bond with your children, however conflicting advice can be stressful and confusing.

Obstacles are thrown our way such as allergies, poor immune health, behavioural challenges and digestive issues. I have strategies to navigate them.

  • Nourish Neurodiversity

    Nourish Neurodiversity

Nutrition plays a vital role in supporting the well-being and functioning of neurodiverse minds, such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia. Children with neurodiverse minds often have unique nutritional needs, and their diets may lack essential nutrients crucial for optimal brain development and function.

  • Picky Eating

Are you ready to take control of your child’s eating challenges, learn strategies to switch from mealtime battles to family time.

Do you want to find out how to offer new foods with the best chance of them being eaten instead of causing a meltdown then you’re in the right place.

First 1000 Days of a Child’s Life

I believe child nutrition should start from pregnancy because the foundation for a child’s growth, development, and long-term health begins in the womb.

I am super passionate about nutritionally supporting families as early as possible, talking to parents in early pregnancy workshops, antenatal classes and postnatal groups about the importance of nutrition during the first 1000 days of a child’s life, from pregnancy until their 2nd birthday. Because your child's future health depends on this critical window of opportunity to shape their development, immune system, gut health and mental wellness. Possibly, reducing the risk of allergies, intolerances or gut issues as they grow older.
