Often I am asked by parents, to provide tips on how to encourage their children to eat the rainbow every day.
I offer a checklist to my clients, this is helpful for:-
🌈 Parents introducing solids for the first time, you are busy, and possibly sleep deprived, it helps you keep track of what plant foods to offer.
🌈 Toddlers going through a fussy phase, keep offering it to them, try cooking and serving the vegetables in different ways.
🌈Children or teenagers who used to eat plenty of veg but now prefer sweet snacks, this reminds you to keep offering and encouraging different coloured vegetables.
🌈To remind parents to eat the rainbow, to keep you healthy and boost your energy. If you have a fussy eater, let them see you eating the rainbow, they could mimic it.
